Dubbed "innovations with a personal touch", the proprietary technology was developed by The Peninsula Group with the intention of anticipating and fulfilling 21st-century customer needs, in ways often subtle in detail but which make a real difference to the guests' well-being. Guest technology centers on the custom-designed bedside electronic control panels allow guests to regulate temperature, lighting, telephones and audiovisual systems with the touch of a fingertip.
