The Kapalua® Resort consists of 1,650 acres of peaceful seclusion and
refined pleasures along three miles of shoreline on the
northwestern tip of the Hawaiian island of Maui. It is surrounded
by natural boundaries of ocean and mountains, all on 23,000 acres
of land.

It is set amidst a 23,000 acre
pineapple
plantation operated by Maui Pineapple Company, Ltd. The resort is
10 miles north of the historic Lahaina Town on the scenic
northwest coast of Maui. While the land has been nurtured and preserved for generations,
the resort has evolved into one of the world’s most desirable
resort destinations.
Golf Courses
Two championship courses, The Bay and The Plantation, set amidst Maui's magnificent
landscape. Each
distinctive course presents its own challenge to a player's
abilities... even PGA TOUR professionals are put to the test as
they compete in the the Mercedes Championships. This PGA TOUR
event is held every January on Kapalua® Resort's Plantation Course.

Bay Course

The Bay Course is a 6,600-yard par 72 with gently rolling
fairways and generous greens. The Bay Course is an
excellent example of resort golf at its best. |

The
Plantation Course

The
par 73, 7,263-yard Plantation Course, is the course of the
champions, site of the PGA TOUR Mercedes Championships
each January featuring an elite field of previous year's
PGA TOUR winners. The field has included such golf greats
as Tiger Woods, David Duval, Justin Leonard, Phil
Mickelson, Ernie Els and more. The grand scale of the
course designed by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore unfurls
across natural geographic formations and pineapple
plantation fields that take your breath away. |
Accommodations
There
are three villas for you to choose from for your stay at the
resort:
2008 RATES
Package Prices - Per Night
For 2008 the rates include golf for two in
a one bedroom villa and golf for four in a two bedroom villa and car. The car is a
midsize. An
upgrade to a minivan is recommended for the two bedroom units. These
rates DO NOT include tax or the $18 per day per condo resort fee
which covers unlimited domestic and international long distance
calls, high-speed internet service and resort-wide shuttle
service.
Should you not want to play
golf every day, you can have a package with golf for a certain
number of days and the additional days with just the condo and
the car.
