 The Terrace is situated in one of the

located at the foot of one of the world's greatest mountains,
Mauna Kea. Each of the Terrace condominiums is designed to
maximize views of the ocean and the historic Hawaiian fishponds.
Each unit includes full kitchens, lanai with wet bar, large master
suite, laundry facilities, daily maid service and many more
amenities.
Mauna Lani Resort is a spectacular
collection of first class facilities. The on-site recreation
at the Terrace includes a 22' x 60' swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi,
children's pool, gas barbecues and picnic areas. The Beach
Club, with a white sand beach and a restaurant, is a short
walk. The Mauna Lani Racquet Club includes hard courts,
grass courts, a 25 meter lap pool, a weight room, and fine dining
facilities.
Also nearby is The Mauna Lani Spa and The Mauna Lani Health &
Fitness Club. The Spa features experiences based on Hawaiian
healing methods to nurture the mind, body and soul. The Health
& Fitness Club has a fully-equipped fitness center with lap
pool, dry-sauna, steam room and whirlpool, personal training &
fitness classes, and six tennis Plexipave tennis courts.
Golf is available on
Mauna Lani's two courses, but we can also make arrangements for
you to play on other courses on the island if you so desire.
The Mauna Lani
Golf Course is considered one of the world's best resort courses
with 36 holes of golfing elegance. The Francis H. I'i Brown
North and South Courses were sculpted from fields of black lava
creating the feeling of a tropical oasis.

condominium. Golf can be arranged at Mauna Lani or any other
course on the Big Island. Taxes are additional
