courses, Le Geant (The Giant) and Le Diable (The Devil), Mont

to its well-earned reputation as Eastern North America's finest
ski resort. Sculpted majestically into some of the most incredible
natural terrain in Canada, both courses boast challenging designs,
excellent conditioning, velvety greens, and dramatic vistas
through the rolling Laurentians mountains.
The Giant:
This
course takes your game to exhilarating heights. Split-level greens
step up the mountain side, 52 strategically situated sand traps
challenge your game, and all-around spectacular views of the peaks
above and the lake below make it hard to keep your eye on the ball
(par 72). Le Géant`s design merited Golf Digest`s 4 1 / 2 stars
rating in 1998.
The Devil: Championship
course designed by the renowned team of Dr. Michael Hurdzan and
Dana Fry. Here the fairways snake through the tall pine woods and
the course's 44 fiery red sand traps wait to swallow that little
white ball (par 71). In 1999, Le Diable hosted the Canadian Skins
Game, as well as Canada`s Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and US
President Clinton.
